Senior Learners ‘Understanding Dementia Care’

Senior Learners, Inc. is temporarily transforming from classroom to offering interactive summer courses online, through Zoom, for seniors age 50 or more.

Senior Learners will host “Understanding Dementia Care,” on Wednesday, Aug. 18, at 2 p.m., online. Instructor Gary Joseph LeBlanc, dementia care specialist and author, will present the A-Zs on dementia-related diseases, positive ways to improve communication, and how to manage dementia behaviors and provide the best standards of care. The cost of the course is $5 and is open to the public 50 years of age or more.
