Ocala Camera Club’s final exhibition, The Great Outdoors, is now on display at the Recreation and Parks Administration building and the Eighth Avenue Adult Activity Center. The exhibition features photographs depicting the different aspects of nature’s flora and fauna, and it’s free to visit.

The Ocala Camera Club was a photography club that provided social, cultural, and educational opportunities to photographers of all experience levels. While the club closed in December 2023, its legacy lives on through its photography friendships and lessons. The Great Outdoors exhibition features photographs that were taken by both member and non-member photographers.

The exhibit may be viewed at the Recreation and Parks Administration building located at 828 NE Eighth Ave. and the Eighth Avenue Adult Activity Center, 830 NE Eighth Ave.

For more information about the exhibition, please contact the City of Ocala Cultural Arts Division at 352-629-8383 or artinfo@ocalafl.gov; or visit ocalafl.gov/artincityspaces.
