Multiple hiring events on tap for Ocala

CareerSource Citrus Levy Marion will hold four hiring events for a variety of businesses, including the World Equestrian Center and Marion County Public Schools.

Application requirements vary, though registration is required via Employ Florida.

The hiring events include:

  • World Equestrian Center Feb. 15 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at WEC, 1390 NW 80th Ave., in Ocala. The World Equestrian Center is a world-class indoor and outdoor arena facility offering state-of-the art amenities to accommodate numerous disciplines within the equine industry and beyond. The venue is looking to fill dozens of positions from cashier and culinary supervisor to hotel manager, line cooks and maintenance technicians. For information, call 800-434-JOBS (5627), ext. 3206.
  • Errand Rides Feb. 16 from 2-4 p.m. at CareerSource CLM’s Ocala career center, 2703 NE 14th St. Errand Rides is a personal concierge and lifestyle management service that employs individuals to do household chores and provide companionship to the elderly and adults with disabilities. In addition, Errand Rides provides personal care and meal preparation. Recruiting Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) companions.   • Marion County Public Schools Feb. 17 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at CareerSource CLM’s Ocala career center, 2703 NE 14th St.. MCPS is recruiting school bus drivers.   • Family Life Care Feb. 18 from 1-3 p.m. at CareerSource CLM’s Ocala career center, 2703 NE 14th St. Family Life Care is hiring CNAs, personal care aides and Registered Nurses for locations in Citrus and Marion counties. It provides in-home health care and support services for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being for all ages and abilities. Filling full- and part-time positions.
