As the Ocala Civic Theatre, or The Civic, winds down its phenomenal Season 75, all those on stage and behind the scenes hope you will join them for the Ovation Awards and cast party on May 30.

“Everyone is welcome to join us for this evening of appreciation for our amazing 2025-2026 volunteers and recognition for everyone’s beautiful work during our 75th season,” according to the news release.

The night will begin with a cocktail hour from 6-7 p.m. in Studio B.

According to OCT officials, guests can “enjoy tacos and fajitas from Mojo’s as well as delicious desserts. And say cheers to a fabulous season with half-price drinks at concessions in the lobby.”

The ceremony will begin at 7 p.m. with a look back at videos of the season and the presentation of college scholarship winners, followed by awards for excellence in acting, tech and volunteer service.

Afterwards, attendees are welcome to go onstage for a Broadway dance party.

“Come dressy or casual, however you’d like to costume yourself – just come ready to have a good time. It’s a festive night with old friends, new friends and friends you haven’t met yet as we gather to celebrate the magic everyone made together in Season 75,” the release stated.

Tickets are $15. They may be purchased through the box office at 4337 E. Silver Springs Blvd., Ocala, over the phone by calling (352) 236-2274 or any time at thecivic.org
