Emhoff to Campaign in Florida

Doug Emhoff, husband of Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris, will make a campaign appearance Friday in Central Florida. The Harris campaign announced the appearance Tuesday but did not immediately release details such as the time or location. Emhoff also will campaign Thursday in Henderson, Nev., and Tucson, Ariz., as part of what the campaign dubbed the “New Way Forward Tour.” Real Clear Politics gives Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump, a Palm Beach resident and former president, a 6 percentage-point advantage over Harris in Florida, based on polling since mid-July.
