The College of Central Florida will offer the majority of fall semester classes in a variety of online formats when classes start Monday, Aug. 17. Career and technical programs and some specialized courses will have selected classes on campus following safety protocols. Some additional course sections may be offered in person in larger spaces to allow for required distancing. Some online classes will be offered in a synchronous format, meaning that the instructor and students will meet and interact at a set time through Zoom or other online meeting platforms to allow for greater interaction.

The decision to offer fall classes mostly online came after much discussion on the risks and benefits of bringing thousands of students, faculty and staff to our locations while COVID-19 continues to affect our community. Faculty and staff continue to serve students remotely.

The Ocala Campus Testing Center is open Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 8:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Appointments are required and walk-ins will not be permitted. Learning Resources Centers services are available remotely. The E-Learning Help Desk may be reached at DLhelp@cf.edu or at 352-854-2322, ext. 1317, Monday-Thursday, 9 a.m.-7 p.m.
