Grace Episcopal Church is shown in this circa 1900 photo. The church dates to 1849, just four years after Florida became a state. The photo shows the church after it was disassembled, moved and reassembled at 503 SE Broadway Street in 1905. [State Archives of Florida]

Grace Episcopal is shown in April. Several changes to the church building are noticeable, including one that moved the entrance into the church from the west side of the building to the south side. In 1972, the church was nearly sold with plans to raze it and build a bank. [Bruce Ackerman/Ocala Gazette]
