The First Christian Church in Ocala features one of the most distinctive architectural designs in the area. The steep A-frame designed roof, curves at each end to near level. This 1965 photo shows the recently constructed building. [State Archives of Florida]

The church’s exterior look remains mostly unchanged, however, the street on which it stands has seen plenty of change. The structure is located on 1908 E Fort King St. [Bruce Ackerman/Ocala Gazette]
