I read your article regarding Marion County’s Sheriff and state attorney Gladson’s responses to your request to make a 911 test call.

Did they also threaten those officials who had already approved your request?

Did they rebuff those officials who approved your request?

Did state attorney Gladson contact the other counties and threaten those officials for allowing 911 test calls?

Florida Statute aside, it seems the Sheriff and state attorney Gladson wasted more time and taxpayer dollars responding and denying your request than just allowing it to proceed.

Maybe they should give more thought to what’s a priority when it comes to protecting the public and our interests.

Sincerely,
Gary Greenberg
