Hocus Pawcus Canine Costume Contest

This free inaugural Halloween event brings the holiday’s celebration to the canines of Marion County. The costume contest will feature prizes for Best in Show (with owner/handler), Funniest Dog and the Most Original dog costumes. With dogs available for adoption from the Voices of Change Animal League (VOCAL), vendors and entertainment, this promises to be a barking good time.
