Equipment staged at the Florida Horse Park in advance of Hurricane Milton was still on site as of Thursday morning. The first image in the series shows the equipment in place after Gov. Ron DeSantis’ press conference on Tuesday.

During that Tuesday press conference, DeSantis indicated that 10,000-person base camp for debris cleanup operations and first responders was going to be staged at Tropicana Field, but other news outlets have reported that Tropicana Field lost its’ roof during the storm.
