Fourth of July Patriotic (Wet) Skies In Ocala

The Show Must Go On (and it did - despite severe weather)

Linnea Clark of Groveland tries to stay dry under her umbrella as fireworks explode during the Fourth of July City of Ocala Patriotic Skies at Tuscawilla Park in Ocala, Fla. on Friday, July 4, 2025. Severe thunderstorms with numerous lightning strikes and heavy rain dampened the mood of the Fourth of July celebration in Ocala on Friday. Live entertainment and other activities were cancelled shortly after the event began because of the severe weather. The fireworks show, however, went on as planned, despite a heavy rain.
