Kenneth and Kimberly McNamee

Thanks to the support of Habitat for Humanity and Rob Peters at the Dignity Center, Kenneth and Kimberly McNamee are one step closer to making their homeownership a reality.

Tomorrow, the public is invited to join in Habitat for Humanity’s traditional house blessing ceremony, at the home located at 2335 NW 7th Street, Ocala, FL 34475.

The ceremony is scheduled to start at 8:30 a.m.

After meeting with Peters at the Dignity Center over a year ago, the McNamees were determined to find a place to own. Armed with information from Habitat for Humanity, Peter helped them secure a home in Belleview.

According to Habitat for Humanity’s media release, the McNamees are grateful for the support they have received throughout the journey to home ownership, especially after experiencing temporary housing challenges along the way.

Habitat for Humanity praised Kenneth for contributing “sweat equity hours” to construct other Habitat homes.
